The Rolling Thunder series continues. The racers this August were treated to my personal favorite way down the hill - Black Mamba to Cowbell. Black Mamba is the newest addition to the advanced side, which features steep, loose, off-camber turns snaking down to a high speed rock garden section before spitting out onto the flow trails where you can really open it up. Lots of rain the night before gave racers some cool conditions up top as they burned in Black Mamba for a few runs in the morning as everything dried off.
